As a Producer within the Nike Berlin Creative Studio, you will work alongside Art Direction, editorial and Narrative teams, reporting into the Creative Studio Operations Manager. You will have production and project management experience across various mediums, both physical and digital. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

You will report directly into the Creative Studio Operations Manager, but day-to-day, you will focus on managing complex productions across multiple mediums delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work collaboratively to execute against the brief delivering on time and within budget. The work in Berlin will range from editorial work featuring the Berlin community to Live experience both online and in-person. Innovative thinking, strategy and tactical member execution across our ecosystem (apps, email, .com, retail, etc.) that drive a full end-to-end Creative Offense where appropriate. You will work from strategy through concept and finishing with premium executions at all levels across all channels, always thinking about the next click.

From project to project you’ll work with the creative team to commission various creative partners from world renowned agencies to up and coming individuals.

As part of the wider production team, you’ll drive best practice and help ensure functional excellence at all times.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH 

Day-to-day you’ll work with the Creative Studio Operations Manager, the Studio Director, a team of designers and narrative experts. Beyond this core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives – overseeing the commissioning of various work across multiple disciplines. You’ll be required to collaborate with your counterparts across the EMEA City Studios as well as the Global team to help establish and develop our creative network.

Within the broader Marketing organization, you will work closely with other teams to help drive solutions and execute against the annual concept map, developing and delivering creative that answers the brief.

What will you work on?

As Berlin CDM Ops Experiences Specialist (ETW) you will be a part of the Berlin Consumer Direct Marketing function, reporting to the Berlin Consumer Direct Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of the marketing engine of Nike what will set you up for the future of digital marketing. Your learning curve will be expected to be steep.

Your core duties will include the operationalization of the roll-out of our 365 membership marketing content flow to engage with Nike members through our app ecosystem, with focus on the following:

  • Ownership of the Nike Experiences platform on an operational level (optimize operational processes and guiding several stakeholders). This platform is the gate to on-the-ground experiences in the city of Berlin demonstrating our ecosystem of partners & relationships at scale to our members.
  • Ownership of production coordination for NTC Live – our livestream functionality within our ecosystem. This includes coordinating internal and external stakeholders within the end to end process to bring NTC Live from the idea to the NTC app.
  • Collaborate and consult cross-functionally within the wider Berlin key city marketing team and external partners to bring their marketing initiatives on the Nike Experience platform and - if applicable, to NTC Live - in order to serve our target audience.
  • Support in executing the authoring of content into our Nike app ecosystem to engage with our members daily and getting an expert in Nike’s marketing technologies software tools.
  • Supporting the Consumer Direct Marketing Operations team in working collaboratively across the Consumer Direct Marketing team to identify key workflows and optimize prioritization and end to end processes within the function.
  • Collect performance analytics learning to support teardown sessions to evaluate the performance of key activations to inform the broader marketing team and further refine our strategy.

· Plan and lead the executions of Nike events at our stores, offices, external and partner locations incl. partner and agency management and budget responsibility

· Collect performance analytics learning to support teardown sessions to evaluate the performance of key activations to inform the broader marketing team and further refine our strategy

· Collaborating with the Berlin Brand Creative team to optimize content production (NTC Live) and to execute according to creative guidelines to best reach our target consumer based on objectives of reach, engagement and acquisition into our membership ecosystem
